Our annual survey is one of the tools we use to help us focus our efforts on the areas of our service which are most important to you, our customer. State based reports are now available.
The Blood Service has listened to your feedback on the National Inventory Template (NIT).
NIT version 2 addresses more than 90% of the feedback issues raised and will be released to transfusion laboratories and other stakeholders on Monday 26 October.
